What are your challenges and what have you done to turn them into opportunities? Let’s wipe the slate of traditional NAV coding and approaches, and share some novel ideas on how to create a more profitable business.

CT110 Improving the ISV/Partner Relationship
10:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m., Saturday, October 15
Hosted by: Amy Homan
Partners need ISVs and ISVs need Partners. So why is it often difficult to get that relationship working for both parties? ISVs need Partners to help them reach the market and depend on the customer’s relationship with their Partner for leverage. Partners need ISV solutions to help them sell more of their core product through robust add-on functionality and industry/segment experience and knowledge. Earning a customer is costly. Upselling to them after you have a relationship is easy. Don’t miss this opportunity to interact and add to the conversation between ISVs and Partners. This forum will be of value to Partners, who can give feedback as to what challenges they face when including ISV products in their ERP sales. ISVs will also participate to convey their own perspectives and find a common ground to launch more successful business for both parties.

CT111 Troubleshooting NAV
1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m., Saturday, October 15
Hosted by: Jason Erickstad
Have you ever found yourself spending hours troubleshooting an issue, then when you find the problem thinking "if I had only checked that first, it would have taken me half the time?" Great troubleshooting skills are often developed through experience and sometimes just a knack for problem solving. In this chalk talk, the Microsoft Support Team and some more experienced NAV Partners will discuss and share the best practices and techniques they use in troubleshooting different areas of the NAV solution.

CT112 Silverlight and Dynamics NAV Discussion
2:45 p.m. - 4:15 p.m., Saturday, October 15
Hosted by: Scott Frappier
This chalk talk focuses on some of the challenges people may encounter when creating a Silverlight application that directly integrates into the Microsoft Dynamics NAV web services. It focuses specifically on the web services interoperability with Silverlight and does not cover advanced Visual Studio concepts (but we have a deep dive on it!). Bring your questions and we’ll interact with a fully functional line of business Silverlight applications that directly integrates into Dynamics NAV!
